To place an Order with CLA STUDIO you acknowledge that you are over eighteen (18) years of age, and you unconditionally agree and accept to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

Delivery

Ready stock item after confirmation order will delivered within 3-5days WM, for EM 7-9days.Pre-order item will be 14days after the cut–off date. Subject to processing at the respective handling and courier company for worldwide deliveries. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible. We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Online Orders

An order confirmation with the order summary will be send to you via Email after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.

Material and Colour

We cannot guarantee that you will receive the items exactly as you seen on online. The items may appear slightly different from what is shown online due to difference in lighting conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

All our orders are carefully checked for defects before they are shipped to you. We do not stand responsible for the item due to defects during the delivery process. Returnable and exchangeable are subject to torn items, permanent stain, broken zip, wrong delivered design, physical defect.
